After your order is ready you can pick up your order at our package hub drop location at UNIT 19, PRISTINE PLAZA , HALF WAY TREE, KINGSTON. We will notify you by call, text or email once it is available or you may also order delivery during your checkout.

YES WE DO. We offer InCharge Logistics Delivery for deliveries in the parishes of Kingston & St. Catherine and Knutsford or Tara for all other islandwide deliveries.

Yes you can. While we offer 100% secure online payment through Paypal. We totally understand if you don't want to put your card information online or if you don't have a card available.

No, we don't offer cash on delivery. All jobs will require either payment in full or  50% downpayment before we begin production with the remaining 50% being paid before send out your order for pickup or delivery.

You place your order through our website or you can email us your design request in which we will reply to you with a quotation and payment links, once payments are made you will receive a payment confirmation email from us and your order will be schedule in our work queue for production. Once the design is complete withing the turn around time that is stated we will email you a digital proof for approval. Once the design has been approved, we will then send you your print ready file in .PDF and .JPG for printing.

No, our hours of operation is 9:AM to 6:PM Mondays to Fridays & 10:AM to 1:PM Saturdays. Please Note: Occasionally Our Sales Specialist may do over time and interact with customers outside of these hours.
